OG colourways of Air Jordans will forever be a staple in most sneakerheads’ closets, and the severely underrated Air Jordan 8 returns later this year in the OG ‘Playoffs’ colourway.

Worn by MJ during the 1993 NBA Playoffs, where he led the Chicago Bulls to their third straight championship, the sneaker has seen a few retros, most recently in 2013. The 2023 iteration is more true to the original, most notably using a red pulltab on the half bootie construction. Black nubuck makes up the upper with 23 branding seen on the signature criss-cross straps, with a black chenille patch on the tongue featuring a red Jumpman. The Mondrian-esque graphics are placed on the TPU panels on the medial and lateral sides of the sneaker with the same style seen on the sneaker’s outsole with splashes of concord
