After early preview leaks the Nike x Supreme Tailwind IV finally drops this week in 2 colorways of Black and White/Red (and there’s no camo?). The beefy late 90’s runner gets the lux Supreme make-up that sees an upper mix of leather, suede and fleck patterned boucle textile. It’s a richly textured take in light of the techy neon versions we’re used to seeing on the Tailwind IV, and with the embroidered side swoosh and Supreme logos proudly sat on the tongue lace grips and heels, we definitely dig it. As if on 1st glance that wasn’t enough, further multi-colour and copper-like reflective piping add a note of contrast to the White/Red and latter Black colour ways, and the result overall is subtley refined with a touch of fashion house luxury. The capsule is rounded out with a matching set of Dri-Fit featherlight caps, with boucle side panels, reflective piping and maximum flex embroidered logo’s. .. it’s simple, and it’s well good. ..
