For spring, adidas Y-3 is offering up its Kaiwa silhouette in an elegant combination of black and white. The Yohji Yamamoto driven adidas sub label creates the drop in layers of suede, leather and a textile that looks like neoprene.
The designer sneaker is currently hitting shops like Las Vegas based Feature Boutique.
