Jordan Brand is taking inspirations from MJ’s presence in North Carolina to create its collection of off-court retro sneakers.
The Jordan Brand 2019 NBA All-Star off-court collection honors MJ’s journey from Laney High School to NBA champion and, ultimately, an NBA team owner.

Air Jordan IX: Originally released as a low in 2002, this AJIX returns as a mid-top highlighted by Midnight Navy patent leather with white and University Blue details. The AJIX releases on February 9.
Air Jordan VI NRG: Designed in partnership with local Charlotte sneaker boutique Social Status, the AJVI, inspired by the hometown team, gets a premium twist with pony hair and reptile inspired materials. The AJVI releases on February 13.
Air Jordan VI Infrared: On MJ’s feet during the last Charlotte NBA All-Star game in 1991, the AJVI Infrared returns in true OG form for the first time. The AJVI releases on February 16.
