With the growth of such online social networks as friendster and myspace, you would figure that similar networks would develop for specific sub-cultures.  We have already seen an international football based social network from Nike and Google: Joga.  Now a social network focused on sneaker culture has appeared, SneakerPlay. The site is currently only open to those with invitations, however the site should be open to the general public soon.  Here is the word on Sneakerplay from the site:
